Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound voice calls for International Roadside Assistance customers

Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers in emergency or service-related situations

Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to ensure quick resolution

Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions

Deliver high-quality customer experience while meeting performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates – Freshers are eligible
OR -
Undergraduates with a minimum of 12 months International BPO experience

CEF Requirement: B2-8 (Speech X mandatory)
