Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in Arabic (and English if required)

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy

  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM systems

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary

  • Follow service quality standards, KPIs, and response time targets

  • Build strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent or native Arabic speaker (spoken and written)

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous customer service, call center, or support experience preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
