Arabic Analyst
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in Arabic (and English if required)

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures

Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy

Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM systems

Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary

Follow service quality standards, KPIs, and response time targets

Build strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications

Fluent or native Arabic speaker (spoken and written)

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Bachelor’s degree

Previous customer service, call center, or support experience preferred

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
