Job Description:

 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound voice calls for International Roadside Assistance customers
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers in emergency or service-related situations
  • Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience while meeting performance metrics

  • Strong spoken English communication skills
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and empathy skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments
  • Customer-centric attitude with a professional approach
  • Basic computer knowledge and call-handling skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates – Freshers are eligible OR Undergraduates with a minimum of 12 months International BPO experience
  • CEF Requirement: B2-8 (Speech X mandatory)
