Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls for International Roadside Assistance customers
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers in emergency or service-related situations
- Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to ensure quick resolution
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Deliver high-quality customer experience while meeting performance metrics

- Strong spoken English communication skills
- Good listening, problem-solving, and empathy skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments
- Customer-centric attitude with a professional approach
- Basic computer knowledge and call-handling skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates – Freshers are eligible OR Undergraduates with a minimum of 12 months International BPO experience
- CEF Requirement: B2-8 (Speech X mandatory)
