• An Indian Chef at a resort is responsible for preparing authentic regional Indian dishes, managing kitchen inventory, and overseeing junior staff.   Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes (e.g., curries, tandoori items, and regional specialties) from traditional recipes. [1, 2, 3]
  • Menu Development: Design and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and resort theme nights. [1, 2]
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and minimize food waste to meet kitchen profitability goals. [1, 2]
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control. Strictly enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards. [1, 2, 3, 4]

  Essential Qualifications
