Job Title: Production Manager / Production Executive – SAP B1 (HANA)
Department: Production / Manufacturing / R&D; Support
Reporting To: Operations Head / SCM Head / Management
Salary Range: 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Job Purpose
The Production Manager is responsible for executing and managing production-related activities in SAP Business One (HANA). The role requires a basic to working-level understanding of how production is carried out in SAP, how material consumption is done, and how products and raw materials are used during production, including R&D; and trial production.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. SAP B1 – Production Operations- Understand the production flow in SAP B1 (BOM, Production Order, Issue for Production, Receipt from Production, Closure)- Create and process production orders as per approved plans- Perform Issue for Production for raw materials, packing materials, and consumables- Perform Receipt from Production for finished and semi-finished goods- Ensure correct warehouse selection and data accuracy
2. Material Consumption & Usage- Basic understanding of how materials are used in production- Ensure material consumption as per BOM quantities- Identify and report excess or short consumption- Coordinate with Stores/Warehouse for material availability
3. R&D; and Trial Production- Execute R&D; and trial production entries in SAP B1- Record and track material consumption for R&D; activities- Maintain basic records of trial batches and material usage- Coordinate with R&D; team for formulation or usage changes
4. Inventory & Coordination- Coordinate with Warehouse/Stores for material issuance and stock availability- Support production-related stock reconciliation- Ensure timely closure of production orders
5. Data Accuracy & Compliance- Ensure accuracy of all production entries in SAP B1- Follow internal SOPs and system processes- Support audits and management reviews related to production data

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Science, Production, or related field- 1–4 years experience in production or ERP-based manufacturing environment- Basic working knowledge of SAP Business One (HANA) preferred- Experience in diagnostics, ELISA kits, reagents, or pharma manufacturing is an advantage.
