Job Description:
1) Oversee yard operations, intake, and inventory control across locations.
2) Execute auctions, drive pricing efficiency, and ensure timely sales.
3)Coordinate with Collections, Legal, and vendors for repossession‑to‑sale flow.
4)Lead and develop yards, ensuring high process and audit standards.
5)Track performance metrics and support the State Manager in revenue and cost goals.
