Payroll Manager
Job Description:
The HR Payroll Specialist – Global Payroll will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple geographies, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant salary processing for a global employee base. The role requires deep expertise in international payroll compliance, statutory regulations, and cross-country coordination with finance and HR teams.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for ~2,000 employees across multiple regions.Ensure payroll accuracy including salary, incentives, bonuses, and statutory deductions.

Oversee global payroll vendor operations and SLAs.

Handle monthly payroll audits, reconciliation, and variance reporting.

Manage payroll calendar and ensure strict adherence to timelines.
