* Handling industrial relations, labor laws & statutory compliance
* Payroll coordination, attendance & leave management
* Performance management & employee engagement activities
* Liaison with labor authorities & handling audits
* HR policies implementation as per steel plant / mining norms
✅ Requirements
Experience mandatory in Steel Plant or Mining Industry
* Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliances
* Good communication & leadership skills
