The Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and increase sales for the company's tip trailer products, aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, execute, and manage annual marketing plans, including budgets, to meet sales targets for tip trailers.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities (other trailer manufacturers), customer behavior, and identify new opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade shows) for new trailer models, branding, and promotions.
- Digital Marketing: Manage website, SEO/PPC, social media, and email marketing to attract and nurture leads.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials (brochures, case studies, website content) that highlight trailer features and benefits.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide support, align strategies, and convert leads into sales.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI, using data to refine future strategies.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, reinforcing the company's reputation for reliability and strength.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in B2B marketing, ideally in commercial vehicles, manufacturing, or heavy equipment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
