Role Summary |
|
The Manager HR will be responsible to lead and direct the routine functions of Human resources department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits and leave, enforcing company policies and practices and supervise the office administration. |
|
KRA: Task / Activities |
|
· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process · Identify training needs and execute training programs · Conduct annual performance appraisal and KPI implementation · Handle employee grievances and maintain positive work environment · Manage employee compensation and benefits administration · Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Labour filings, licences) · Maintain and update HRMS and employee records · Manage employee separation and full & final settlement process · Oversee administration and facility management activities · Manage company assets including mobiles, SIM cards and registers · Coordinate safety compliance, fire licence and building permissions · Supervise housekeeping and front office operations · Coordinate executive meetings and internal communications · Maintain medical insurance records and renewals · Participate in HR audits and ensure audit compliance · Implement HR policies, admin processes and quality systems |

· Experience in handling corporate and site HR operations · Exposure to labour inspections and statutory audits · Administration and facility management experience · Knowledge of safety compliance and labour law reforms
