Role Summary |
|
The Sales Executive will be responsible for coordinating with dealers, handling lead distribution, updating CRM systems, and ensuring smooth transition of converted leads into job orders while coordinating with the production team. This is an office-based role with no fieldwork requirement. |

KRA: Task / Activities |
|
● Coordinate and communicate with dealers regarding product inquiries and business opportunities ● Distribute and manage leads received from various sources ● Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information ● Follow up with dealers to track lead progress and conversions ● Convert leads into job orders and coordinate with production team for execution ● Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities ● Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and dealer performance |

● Lead conversion ratio ● Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates ● Dealer engagement and response time ● Job order conversion and coordination efficiency ● Monthly sales contribution |
