Job Summary
 
We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager from the education sector who can independently manage the overall centre operations. The candidate should have strong expertise in sales, HR management, college tie-ups, staff coordination, and parent handling to ensure smooth and profitable centre functioning.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Centre Operations
 
Manage day-to-day Centre operations and ensure smooth functioning
 
Ensure achievement of monthly sales and admission targets
 
Monitor Centre performance, productivity, and profitability
 
Sales & Business Development
 
Drive student admissions and revenue growth
 
Develop and manage college tie-ups, school tie-ups, and corporate partnerships
 
Plan and execute marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and campus drives
 
Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and conversion strategies
 
HR & Team Management
 
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance of internal staff
 
Monitor attendance, leaves, discipline, and productivity
 
Resolve internal staff issues and conflicts
 
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
 
Parent & Student Management
 
Handle parent meetings, escalations, and grievance resolution
 
Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
 
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention
 
Administration & Compliance
 
Ensure adherence to institute policies, SOPs, and guidelines
 
Coordinate with HO/Management for reporting and approvals
 
Maintain records, MIS reports, and documentation
 
Required Skills & Knowledge
 
Strong experience in education Centre management
 
Excellent knowledge of sales, admissions, and lead conversion
 
Experience in college tie-ups and institutional partnerships
 
Good understanding of HR operations and team handling
 
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
 
Ability to handle pressure and multiple responsibilities
 
 
Gender - Male 
 
Qualification
 
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
 
Preferred Candidate Profile
 
4+ years of experience as Centre Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager in education sector
 
Target-oriented with strong leadership skills
 
Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
