Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in the Education sector. The candidate should have strong knowledge of sales strategies, college tie-ups, business expansion, and sales reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, developing institutional partnerships, and driving overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and establish tie-ups with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance analysis.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for campaign planning and execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and clients.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and business expansion goals.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Sales & Business Development strategies
  • Experience in College/Institution Tie-ups
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to prepare and present sales performance reports
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong networking ability
Qualification:
  • Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
  • Experience in Education / EdTech industry preferred
