Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in the Education sector. The candidate should have strong knowledge of sales strategies, college tie-ups, business expansion, and sales reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, developing institutional partnerships, and driving overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and establish tie-ups with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and digital platforms.

Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance analysis.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for campaign planning and execution.

Maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and clients.

Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and business expansion goals.
Required Skills:
