🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)

Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Conduct initial HR screening interviews

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities

Follow up with candidates until onboarding

Support additional HR activities when required
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)

Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Basic understanding of HR and recruitment lifecycle
