Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-focused, patient Customer Support Executive to handle inbound support calls, understand client queries, and provide effective assistance via remote desktop support and software guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support

Attend inbound customer support calls and respond professionally

Technical Assistance

Support customers by accessing their system through remote desktop tools

Guide clients in using software and resolving operational queries

Escalate complex issues to the technical team when required
Client Interaction & Service

Maintain polite, calm, and helpful communication with customers

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution

Maintain records of support calls and issues handled
Documentation & Coordination

Record customer issues, feedback, and resolution details

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary
