Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused, patient Customer Support Executive to handle inbound support calls, understand client queries, and provide effective assistance via remote desktop support and software guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Attend inbound customer support calls and respond professionally

  • Listen carefully to client queries and understand issues

  • Provide prompt and accurate solutions

Technical Assistance

  • Support customers by accessing their system through remote desktop tools

  • Guide clients in using software and resolving operational queries

  • Escalate complex issues to the technical team when required

Client Interaction & Service

  • Maintain polite, calm, and helpful communication with customers

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution

  • Maintain records of support calls and issues handled

Documentation & Coordination

  • Record customer issues, feedback, and resolution details

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good computer and internet proficiency

  • Basic understanding of software usage and troubleshooting

  • Strong listening and communication skills

  • Willingness to help customers and solve problems

  • Calm and patient approach while handling queries
