Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, market understanding, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate leads through various channels including referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and brokers.

• Follow up on inquiries received from marketing campaigns and walk-ins.

• Maintain and update the customer database.

2. Client Handling & Sales Conversion

• Attend to customer queries and provide detailed information about projects.

• Conduct site visits and property presentations.

• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients.

• Convert leads into successful sales closures.

3. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Coordinate with channel partners and brokers.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Documentation & Coordination

• Assist customers with booking formalities and documentation.

• Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and legal teams for smooth processing.

• Maintain sales reports and daily activity records.

5. Market Intelligence

• Monitor local real estate market trends and competitor activities.

• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Ranchi real estate market.

• Strong networking abilities.

• Ability to work on weekends (as per sales requirements).
