Job Description:
A Real Estate Sales & Marketing Officer drives property sales by implementing marketing strategies, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. They are responsible for conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, building relationships, and analyzing market trends to meet or exceed revenue targets. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, including conducting property viewings, open houses, and closing sales deals.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Create, promote, and implement marketing campaigns to attract buyers and investors; manage property listings and advertising materials.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Identify new leads, maintain a client database, build long-term relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers.
  • Market Research: Analyze the local real estate market, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare sales reports, manage necessary documentation/contracts, and update CRM systems. 
     
 
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or marketing, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Licensing: A valid real estate license is often required or preferred. 
     
 
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local property market dynamics.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, closing skills, and results-oriented mindset. 
     
 
Working Conditions
  • This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, often involving weekend or evening work for property viewings and client meetings.
