Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations at our Andheri East facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shop floor activities, supervising production staff, ensuring quality compliance, and achieving production targets efficiently.

This role requires strong leadership skills, process understanding, and hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and assembly line operations

• Monitor and achieve production targets as per schedule

• Allocate manpower and manage shift planning

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards

• Conduct routine quality checks and reduce rejection rates

• Maintain production reports and documentation

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and factory policies

• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams

• Train and guide production staff for performance improvement

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate

• Experience: 2 – 4 Years in Production / Manufacturing / Assembly Supervision

• Location: Must be willing to work in Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary

• CTC: ₹4 – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
