We are seeking an experienced Manager – Project to lead and manage end-to-end project execution. The role involves planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams and external
stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
 Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects as per scope, timeline, and budget
 Coordinate with internal departments such as design, procurement, sales, and execution teams
 Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and progress reports
 Monitor project costs and ensure optimal utilization of resources
 Handle client coordination, meetings, and project status updates
 Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
 Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors effectively
 Resolve project-related issues and escalations in a timely manner
 Ensure proper documentation and handover upon project completion
Required Skills & Competencies
 Strong project management and coordination skills
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
 Good knowledge of project planning, execution, and cost control
 Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
 Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
 Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Project Management or relevant field
 PMP or similar certification will be an added advantage

Experience
 Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or project execution roles
 Experience in electrical, lighting, or infrastructure projects preferre
