Job Description:

Job Role: 

  • Managing B2B Sales (Institutional, Corporate and HORECA Sales) functions of products for enhancing profitability.
  • Client Service and Relationship Management.
  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients.
  • Generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
  • Analysing market trends and tracking competitors’ activities.
  • Providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning of sales & marketing strategies.
  • Building, maintaining quality relations with Strategic Alliances.
  • Monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the customers, service reminders and handling customer grievances for enhancing customer satisfaction matrices.

 

Other Details:

  • Working Time : 10:00 am – 07:00 pm
  • Working Days : Monday – Saturday (Sunday will be off)
  • Location : Worli
  • Other Benefits: PF, ESIC
