Job Role:
- Managing B2B Sales (Institutional, Corporate and HORECA Sales) functions of products for enhancing profitability.
- Client Service and Relationship Management.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients.
- Generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Analysing market trends and tracking competitors’ activities.
- Providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning of sales & marketing strategies.
- Building, maintaining quality relations with Strategic Alliances.
- Monitoring the post service activities like follow up with the customers, service reminders and handling customer grievances for enhancing customer satisfaction matrices.
Other Details:
- Working Time : 10:00 am – 07:00 pm
- Working Days : Monday – Saturday (Sunday will be off)
- Location : Worli
