Kitchen & Food Quality

Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control

Develop new menu items

Maintain high quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Supervise plating and service
Kitchen Operations

Manage daily kitchen activities (prep, service, closing)

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams

Maintain cleanliness and equipment
Team Management

Lead and train kitchen staff

Plan schedules and assign duties
Cost & Inventory

Control food cost and reduce wastage

Manage inventory and vendor orders
Compliance

Follow FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety guidelines

Maintain hygiene and audit records
