Job Description:
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic team lead, responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening dealer and distributor networks, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Position : State Head
Location : East UP (Base location-Lucknow)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Drive dealer profitability, timely billing, and product availability.
- Lead and mentor sales teams to deliver performance excellence.
- Identify and develop key fleet, government, and institutional accounts.
- Implement trade schemes, incentive programs, and branding initiatives.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of the Indian tyre market.
- Proven success in dealer network development and territory expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate degree; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 10–15 years of sales experience in the Tyre Industry, including 5–6 years in a senior or regional leadership role.
