About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Support Analyst for our Commercial Excellence & Business Operations team.

The role manages key operational, analytical, forecasting, reporting, and distributor governance processes.

It ensures data accuracy, efficient sales operations, financial process continuity, and seamless cross‑functional execution across the India+ region.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations & Reporting

• Maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, sales reports, target files, and incentive‑related data.
• Prepare sales incentive plans, quotas, sales reports, and dashboards.
• Prepare & analyze monthly/quarterly sales update files and variance reports.
• Prepare annual sales targets & forecasts; perform variance analysis.
• Provide wide-ranging ad hoc support for sales operations and sales management needs.
• Assist in building databases, models, and analytical tools for data-driven decision making.
• Coordinate sales operational needs as required.

Demand Planning, Forecasting & Supply Coordination

• Prepare IBP templates, consolidate SKU-level forecasts, and update demand planning files.
• Conduct monthly demand planning based on stock availability and sales forecasts.
• Track POs, follow up with importers for orders and timely payments.
• Coordinate with global teams for shipment timelines, shelf-life issues, and supply alignment.
• Generate inventory ageing, expiry-risk reports, and returns tracking.
• Provide early alerts for stock-outs, supply delays, and forecast variances.

Finance Planning & Governance

• Consolidate inputs for rLBE cycles, pricing analysis, and financial review templates. Support preparation of rLBE submissions.
• Verify special price claims, conduct analysis, and maintain related documentation.
• Assist in preparing data inputs for business cases and profitability models.

Distributor & Commercial Operations Governance

• Update distributor master data, mapping files
• ⁠Maintain T1/T2/T3 distributor governance scorecards and performance dashboards.
• Track alignment activities, sub-distributor mapping, training logs, and governance records.
• Support routine distributor communication, documentation, and operational requirements.
• Support distributor & inventory management processes end‑to‑end.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Process Discipline

• Develop seamless, collaborative, cross-functional approaches to problem solving.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, distributors, and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Science, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, analytics, supply chain or business operations.
• Experience in medical devices/diagnostics is an advantage.
