Title: Training Lead
Reporting Matrix: Reporting to the Business Head

- Develop and manage the corporate training calendar aligned with business objectives.
- Standardize service and culinary practices across Healthcare, Education, and Corporate Dining segments.
- Design and deliver training modules for kitchen operations, wellness & nutrition, and specialized menus (Gluten-free, Vegan, Keto, Jain).
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new associates.
- Implement food safety training programs (HACCP / ISO 22000) for kitchen and unit staff.
- Design soft skills and customer experience training for workplace dining environments.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training effectiveness across locations.
- Conduct training audits and mentor unit training coordinators to ensure consistent training delivery

- Food safety and HACCP compliance training
- Corporate induction and culture building
- Sustainability and CSR training initiatives

- Unit-level trainer mentoring and auditing
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or a Graduate of a premium Hotel Management Institute (IHM)
- Must possess a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development specifically within 5-Star Hotel environments.
- Certified Trainer (Train-the-Trainer) with exposure to modern instructional design and digital learning platforms.
- Previous experience in a multi-unit corporate office role is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency
Should be fluent in both English, Hindi and preferably Marathi
IT Knowledge
- Mastery of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint for high-impact training decks and Excel for analytics)
Travel
Should be flexible to move within the company according to requirement and for personal growth.
