An Executive Assistant for Sales & Marketing in a logistics company manages calendars, travel, and communications for senior leadership while supporting business development. Key responsibilities include preparing sales reports, updating CRM systems, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing client RFQs, and facilitating meetings. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Managing complex calendars, booking travel, and handling expenses for senior leadership.
- Sales/BD Support: Managing client RFQs (Request for Quotes), updating CRM data, preparing sales reports, and assisting with client onboarding.
- Marketing Coordination: Assisting with campaigns, organizing webinars/events, coordinating with design teams, and managing social media.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling correspondence, preparing documentation, and organizing meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in an EA or administrative role, preferably within logistics or 3PL.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Logistics-Specific Requirements
- Understanding of 3PL services and freight forwarding.
- Ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive inquiries.
