Sr. Exec Engineer Sales

Job Purpose

To acquire, maintain, and manage customers across the allotted territory and generate sales for AHUs, Air Washers, Ventilation Systems, and SS/Copper Coils within the company’s product range.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned on-field sales revenue targets
• Handle sales activities from inquiry generation to closure
• Obtain brand approvals from architects and consultants for HVAC products
• Coordinate with Head Office for equipment sizing, costing, quotations, and GA drawings
• Generate AHU enquiries and understand application requirements
• Negotiate with customers on pricing, delivery, specifications, and payment terms
• Follow up for order finalization, advance payments, C-Forms, and outstanding collections
• Generate leads through Google search, tele-calling, IndiaMART, and online platforms
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with production, assembly, finance, accounts, and logistics teams
• Prepare MIS reports, ERP entries, sales pipeline reports, and performance reports
• Participate in trade exhibitions, demonstrations, and events
• Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HVAC products and market positioning
• Ability to understand engineering drawings
• Target-oriented and analytical mindset
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and customer-focused approach

Qualification

• BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage

Experience Required

• Minimum 3–4 years of field sales experience in industrial products
• Experience in AHU manufacturing industry preferred

Monthly Net Salary:

• ₹31,000 – ₹38,000 (Gujarat)
• ₹38,000 – ₹48,000 (Mumbai)
