Job Description:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollout).

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation.

Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.

Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed.

Address employee queries and grievances.
