Job Description:

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollout).

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

  • Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation.

  • Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.

  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

  • Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed.

  • Address employee queries and grievances.

  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
