Position: Senior Lead BD
Location: Bangalore or Visakhapatnam (Vizag),
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Experience: 7 to 8 Years
Education: Any Graduate
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Summary
We are looking for a senior-level Business Development professional to lead and grow
our Manpower Supply & Staffing business across India.
The role focuses on acquiring new clients from government and private sector
organizations, expanding our client base, closing contracts, and driving consistent
revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
 Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for manpower supply services
across India.
 Generate quality leads through market research, networking, referrals, and direct
client engagement.
 Target government projects, PSUs, EPC companies, large corporates, and
private enterprises.
 Conduct client meetings, understand manpower requirements, and propose
suitable staffing solutions.
 Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial terms, and negotiate contracts.
 Drive the complete sign-up process including proposal submission, agreement
finalization, and onboarding.
 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.
 Build long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
 Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
 Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams for smooth project
execution.

 Revenue and sales closure
 Repeat business and renewals
 Client retention and satisfaction
 Project execution as per committed schedules

Required Experience & Profile
 7 to 10 years of proven experience in Business Development within
manpower supply / staffing industry
 Strong exposure to government and large private sector contracts
 Established network with HR heads, procurement, project managers, and
decision makers
 Strong negotiation and closing skills
 Excellent communication and presentation abilities
 Highly result-oriented with strong business acumen
 Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Skills
 Experience working with large infrastructure, shipbuilding, marine, EPC, or
engineering companies
 Strong financial and commercial understanding
 Ability to manage complex contracts and pricing models
 Experience in organizing marketing events and client meets
 Excellent relationship management and networking skills
