Job Description:
✅ Develop new corporate customers and generate business volume & revenue
✅ Handle international freight forwarding sales – Air & Sea products
✅ Retain and grow existing key accounts
✅ Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets assigned by management
✅ Conduct regular client meetings, presentations & negotiations
✅ Maintain updated records of customer visits & sales activities in system
✅ Prepare and submit weekly / monthly / quarterly sales & marketing reports
✅ Manage assigned territory and geographical sales area for revenue growth
✅ Generate profitable logistics solutions for customers
✅ Coordinate internally with operations for smooth execution
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
⭐ Must have strong experience in Freight Forwarding Sales (Air & Sea)
⭐ Proven track record in new business development & corporate client acquisition
⭐ Good understanding of international logistics pricing, routing & documentation
⭐ Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills
⭐ Aggressive and target-driven sales mindset 💼
⭐ Self-motivated, ambitious & go-getter personality
⭐ Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
⭐ Good IT & reporting skills (CRM / Excel / MIS)
