Job Description:
A Telecaller cum Office Assistant for a financial company manages front-office tasks, customer inquiries, and lead generation via telephone. They facilitate client communication, maintain records, schedule appointments, and support financial staff by explaining loan products or services, requiring strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling/Lead Generation: Outbound calls to prospects for selling financial products (loans, insurance, credit cards) and inbound call handling for queries.
- Customer Service: Explaining loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to clients.
- Office Administration: Managing the front desk, welcoming clients, and handling office correspondence (email/mail).
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate client records, updating CRM systems, and preparing daily reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum 12th pass, PUC, or a bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Administration.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in a similar office role, especially in finance.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in local language (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
