Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager cum Sales Head who will lead the sales and marketing team to identify, pursue, and convert high-quality international leads. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to scale Citrusbug’s presence across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end international business development, from lead generation to client acquisition and relationship management.
- Identify and target relevant prospects in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and SEO (marketing) teams to meet collective business goals.
- Develop and implement innovative outreach strategies (LinkedIn automation, inbound campaigns, partnerships, webinars, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and improve lead quality.
- Create and track KPIs for lead conversion, proposal success rate, and market expansion.
- Represent Citrusbug in client meetings, events, and virtual networking forums.
- Bring fresh ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to the team — fostering a results-driven, creative culture.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in IT services / software sales, preferably in international markets.
- Proven success in closing deals with clients in the US, UK, or Europe.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO-driven lead generation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Team leadership experience — capable of managing both sales and marketing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and refine strategies.
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for innovation and business growth.
