Job Description:
A Real Estate Sales Head drives revenue by developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving booking targets. They oversee lead generation, broker networks, and client negotiations, while analyzing market trends to optimize performance. Key duties include training staff, setting KPIs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Targets: Create and implement sales strategies, setting project-wise booking targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture networks with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Sales Process Oversight: Manage the sales lifecycle from lead nurturing to booking and post-possession engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Operations & Reporting: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/Zoho) for data-driven decisions and prepare detailed sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Head/VP Sales in the real estate sector.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate laws, market dynamics, and CRM software.
