Job Description:

The Office Boy supports the smooth functioning of the real estate office by performing clerical, maintenance, and support tasks. This role ensures the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, while assisting staff with administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including reception, meeting rooms, and common areas.
2. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and clients.
3. Handle minor errands such as courier deliveries, office supplies procurement, and document submission to government or municipal offices.
4. Assist administrative staff with photocopying, filing, scanning, and data entry tasks.
5. Receive visitors and clients, guiding them appropriately or notifying concerned staff.
6. Ensure office equipment (photocopiers, printers, fax, etc.) are maintained and report malfunctions.
7. Support real estate agents by preparing and delivering property documents, contracts, or promotional materials.
8. Assist in maintaining office inventory and stock of stationery, water, and other consumables.
9. Perform any other tasks assigned by the office manager or administrative team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and stationery management.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle errands efficiently and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents.

Working Conditions:

• Standard office hours (may include occasional weekend or evening support during client meetings).
• Physical stamina to handle minor office chores, errands, and deliveries.
