Job Description:

Role: House Manager

Location: Walkeshwar, Mumbai, with very occasional travel to Lonavala (Smiti Kanodia's Home who is wife of Vice Chairman of Matix Group)

Experience: 10 Yrs

Age: 35 To 45 Yrs.

Working Hours: Approximately 8.5 hours per day, with flexibility required for extended hours during events or gatherings.

Industry Focus / Background Preferred:  

Candidates from similar residential management roles will be preferred. Experience in managing private residences, villas, bungalows, or corporate guest houses will be an added advantage.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized House Manager to supervising household staff, ensuring smooth functioning of all household activities, maintaining records, and coordinating with family members and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage household staff including domestic helpers, cooks, drivers, gardeners, and other support personnel.
  • Monitor and coordinate day-to-day household operations to ensure smooth functioning of the residence.
  • Maintain registers and records related to staff attendance, visitor logs, household inventory, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of the residence and surrounding premises.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for repairs, supplies, and other household requirements.
  • Monitor the performance and discipline of household staff and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage household supplies, groceries, and inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and documentation using basic computer applications and MS Office.
  • Ensure safety, security, and proper functioning of utilities and equipment in the residence.
  • Coordinate with family members to understand their requirements and ensure smooth household management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Compensation: As per industry standards / based on experience.
