City Business Manager – HUGO Expansion

Location: Multiple Cities
CTC: ₹9–13 LPA + High Incentives (2–3% of Project Value)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven City Business Manager to lead on-ground market expansion and project sales for the HUGO brand. This role is focused on building strong local networks, generating high-value leads, and driving closures in key urban markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Map and establish connections with:
o Top 30 Developers
o Top 20 Architects
o Top 20 Landscape Consultants
• Conduct 15–20 client meetings per week
• Generate and develop leads across:
o Townships
o Parks
o Schools
o Commercial Spaces
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: Lead → Proposal → Closure
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–10 years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales
• Strong local network (mandatory)
• Industry exposure to:
o Playground / Outdoor Products
o Landscape Materials
o Building Materials
• Highly field-oriented with strong mobility and execution mindset

• Fixed Salary: ₹9–13 LPA
• Incentives: 2–3% of project value (high earning potential)
