OFFICE BOY FOR SCHOOL - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

• Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep classrooms, staff rooms, offices, and common areas clean, orderly, and organized.
• Hospitality: Serve water, tea, and coffee to teachers, staff, and visitors, and manage the kitchen/pantry area.
• Clerical & Administrative Assistance: Perform basic office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, laminating, and filing documents.
• Mail/Files Handling: Deliver files, letters, parcels, and documents between classrooms, departments, and outside locations.
• Errands & Support: Purchase school supplies, assist in moving furniture, set up classrooms, and support school events or meetings.
• School Premises Management: Assist in opening/closing school gates and keeping the premises secure. 
   

• Education: Minimum education (able to read and write) is often required; high school diploma is preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Able to lift files, furniture, or move items around the school.
• Attributes: Honest, disciplined, punctual, and hardworking.
• Experience: Previous experience as an office assistant or peon is an advantage, but not always mandatory. 
   

• Full-time school day hours (usually morning to late afternoon).
