Job Description:
Designing Learning Programs
Developing and maintaining eLearning content and modules for all functions and business verticals
of the organization. Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and
effective.
Designing content through emerging learning solutions - gamification, video, micro learning,
simulations and immersive scenarios.
Develop engaging and interactive eLearning Program for new joinees and existing users to meet
the organisation's training needs on behavioural and functional skills.
Create / update the storyboards, scripts and production-ready content for video or web-based
training program using 360 articulate, Vyond, Powtoons, SCORM packages.
Applying advance learning theories into practical and application based courses dynamic end-user
experience.
Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve
engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the
organization, or the industry.
Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements
applicable to the organization and/or industry.
Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for
and participation in outside training programs.
In addition to designing and implementing learning programs, the Manager should also be skilled in
marketing and promotion. They should be able to create campaigns to promote competency-based
training, mandatory modules, new product modules, etc., to ensure maximum participation from
employees.
