Location: Charni Road, Mumbai Suburbs
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days (Mon–Sat)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, ensuring smart hiring and a structured work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment across departments, including sourcing and first-round interviews
- Onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and HR compliance
- Support performance reviews and address employee concerns
- Contribute to building a disciplined and positive work culture
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HR and recruitment experience
- Strong interviewing, evaluation, and communication skills
- Organized, process-driven, and people-oriented
