Counter Sales (Executive)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery. The role involves providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product display and store hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Showcase jewellery designs and explain product features, pricing, and offers
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle billing and basic cash/card transactions
• Maintain proper display of jewellery and cleanliness of the store
• Assist in inventory management and stock checking
• Stay updated on latest jewellery trends and designs

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery or luxury retail)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and well-groomed personality
• Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamond, etc.) preferred
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends
