Chief Product Manager (LOS, LMS, Digitization) Chennai

Job Description:

This position is responsible for leading the product strategy, innovation, and end-to-end execution of Loan
Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), ensuring strong alignment with business
objectives and customer needs through effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and
management of complex product lifecycles.

Drive the execution lifecycle processes for products, including product
research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning,
roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
 Drive customer journey digitization from Loan onboarding to
disbursement.
 Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales
teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of
resources to ensure success for the entire organization
 Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype
construction and final product development by engineering teams
 Prioritize the feature roll outs, improvements and bug resolution timelines
and effectively communicate to all stakeholders.
 Appraise new product ideas and strategize to differentiate in the market
 Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to
ensure they’re successfully achieved
