Role Summary |
|
Origin Nutrition is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive / HR Generalist with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, labour law compliance, and overall HR operations. |

KRA: Task / Activities |
|
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition · Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle · Draft job descriptions and post on LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media platforms · Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social hiring · Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts 2. Payroll and Statutory Compliance · Process monthly payroll including salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives · Ensure timely PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and TDS remittance and filings · Handle labour law compliance and statutory documentation · Maintain statutory registers and compliance trackers 3. Employee Lifecycle Management · Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation · Drive probation reviews, confirmations, and increment processes · Handle full & final settlements and leave encashment · Maintain employee database and HRMS records 4. HR Operations and Employee Relations · Implement HR policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct, reimbursements) · Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions · Support performance management processes (KRA/KPI framework) |
