We are hiring for Site Incharge

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior projects
• Interpret and execute work as per AutoCAD drawings and design specifications
• Take accurate site measurements and ensure proper execution accordingly
• Plan and allocate work to labour teams and maintain strong control over workforce productivity
• Monitor and manage civil, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work at site
• Ensure proper sequence of work and timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and progress updates
• Estimate and derive material requirements; coordinate for procurement and availability at site
• Maintain records for billing procedures and support in project costing
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of interior execution and site management
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
• Strong understanding of civil, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical details
• Experience in labour handling and team coordination
• Knowledge of material estimation and quantity take-off
• Familiarity with billing procedures and site documentation
• Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Hardworking, disciplined, and punctual

Location: Mumbai or Pune (will be discussed during the interview)

Exp: Min 3 years

Qaulification: Graduate

Work Timings – 9.30 to 7.30 (depends on the site condition)

Working Days – 6 days week
