Job Description:

- Location – PUNE and AHMEDABAD
- Qualification – Graduate & Post Graduate
- Gender (Male / Female / Trans) – Male
- Work Timings – 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Working Days – Monday to Saturday , Fixed off ( our 2nd & 4th Saturday & Sunday)

- Job Description
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share in the stone care segment.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives — setting targets, providing training, and monitoring performance.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners across assigned geographies.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and marble traders.
- Drive sales of the full Faber Italy product range including sealers, nano coatings, polishing compounds, and protective treatments.
- Visit key construction projects, marble factories, hotels, malls, and commercial developments to generate high-value business.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients and specifiers.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends; translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to the Business Head.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the division.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Prior experience in stone care chemicals, construction chemicals, tile chemicals, or related building materials is essential.
- Proven track record in dealer/distributor network development and channel management.
