Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled US Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing for US employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, compliance, and US labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end US payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
  • Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with US federal and state regulations
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with HR and finance teams for employee data updates
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and audits
  • Manage tax filings, W-2, and other payroll-related documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in B.Com / BBA (mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of experience in US Payroll 
  • Good understanding of payroll concepts and compliance
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of US payroll tools/software (ADP, Workday, etc.)
  • Familiarity with US taxation and labor laws
  • Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift)
