Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled US Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing for US employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, compliance, and US labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end US payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with US federal and state regulations
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams for employee data updates
- Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and audits
- Manage tax filings, W-2, and other payroll-related documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in B.Com / BBA (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in US Payroll
- Good understanding of payroll concepts and compliance
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of US payroll tools/software (ADP, Workday, etc.)
- Familiarity with US taxation and labor laws
- Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift)
