Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Manager – Strategic Specifier with a leading company in the premium playground and outdoor equipment segment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate business through institutional and project sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, landscape consultants, and other key stakeholders.
* Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals.
* Coordinate with internal design and technical teams for customized solutions.
* Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
* Graduate / MBA with 3–6 years of experience in B2B or project sales.
* Experience in construction materials, furniture, building products, or related industries preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Existing network with architects/builders will be an added advantage.
* Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
