About the Role:
We’re looking for a UGC-first content creator who can ideate, shoot, and deliver high-performing videos that feel native, authentic, and designed for virality. You’ll help us build a consistent content engine by producing 3 across reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.— often collaborating with real users or influencers or agencies.
What You’ll Do:
- Create native-style UGC content — think POV, GRWM, first impressions, reaction videos, and lo-fi testimonials
- Be hands-on in filming, scripting, editing, and delivering short-form videos
- Stay up-to-date with social trends, hooks, transitions, viral formats, and emerging audio
- Work with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and product drops
- Coordinate with influencers or real customers to script and shoot content
- Contribute ideas to batch-shoot content calendars efficiently and consistently
✅ What You Need:
- Prior experience in a similar profile is a must. A strong portfolio or reel showing examples of UGC-style or native content
- Experience working with D2C brands
