Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively acquire new mid-sized corporate clients, develop new relationships, and enhance debt facilities for existing clients.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a key liaison to understand their credit requirements.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, delegating tasks effectively to achieve sales targets and professional goals.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and monitor the credit portfolio for the assigned region, assessing risks and ensuring quality.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure all credit transactions and loans are processed in compliance with internal and RBI policies within agreed SLAs.
- Reporting & Strategy: Report weekly/monthly performance against targets to senior management and adjust strategies to achieve budget
