Job Description:
Role Summary
- Responsible for coordinating after-sales service operations and ensuring smooth customer support
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between customers and service team
- Schedule and manage service visits and field work
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Track service status and maintain service records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports
- Follow up with technicians and customers for completion of work
- Manage spare parts requests and service requirements
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
- Maintain CRM or service database
Coordination
- Work closely with technical team, sales team, and customers
- Support service manager in operational activities
Systems & Tools
- Use MS Excel, email, and CRM/service software
- Maintain accurate service documentation
