Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Executive in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive program

enrollments.

● Understand student profiles, career goals, and learning needs to recommend suitable

programs.

● Clearly communicate program value, curriculum, career outcomes, and differentiators.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

● Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion rates.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems.

● Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

● Identify new opportunities through market research and competitor insights.

● Build relationships with colleges and institutions to generate leads and partnerships.

● Contribute to process improvements in sales, counselling, and lead handling.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Monthly revenue and enrollment targets

● Lead-to-conversion ratio

● Follow-up efficiency and response time

● Student engagement and satisfaction levels

Desired Qualifications & Skills

● Any graduate or postgraduate

● 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or admissions (preferred)

● Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

● Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed goals

● Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools

● Interest in education, technology, and career development
