- Financial Management: Formulate annual budgets, manage capital expenditures, track revenue, and implement cost-effective alternatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to government regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., NABH), and legal requirements.
- Quality Assurance & Improvement: Monitor operational KPIs (turnaround time, bed occupancy) and drive improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with the board of directors, medical staff, procurement teams, and external stakeholders.
- Policy Development: Create, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for all operational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with demonstrated success in operations or administration
